About Us

At HashiCorp, we’re building a generation-defining infrastructure software company, powered by a growing team of talented, committed professionals working together to help organizations seamlessly transition to and operate in the cloud.

Who We Are

We are a growing team of people who are deeply passionate about the work we do and the difference we make for our customers and community. We have adapted the best practices we learned from our roots in the world of open source software — effective remote and distributed teams, high levels of transparency, and ways of working that are flexible and scalable — into best practices for how we run every aspect of our company. We believe these practices encourage participation from a wider range of voices, surface better ideas, and lead to more effective, and inclusive decision making.

We are principled.

We are proud of the inclusive and kind work environment we have built. We support each other as we work to solve important problems. We take our work seriously, and we do it with integrity and in alignment with our core principles.

How Zaleos Started

Mitchell Hashimoto and Armon Dadgar founded HashiCorp in 2012 with the goal of solving some of the hardest, most important problems in infrastructure management, with the goal of helping organizations create and deliver powerful applications faster and more efficiently.
